The application is the most important instrument for successful project financing. A correct and convincingly written and structured text can positively influence the decision-making body. There is, however, no guarantee of sponsorship even with a perfect application. The most impressive formula is of no use if a project does not fulfil the support criteria required by the sponsoring institution.
